Blending sleek minimalism and stylistic flair, Gilles&Boissier draws inspiration from Dubai's breathtaking desert landscapes and the UAE's rich cultural influences to create a captivating fusion of traditions that reflect the city's multiculturalism. In a departure from the Dorchester's past in the European region, Gilles&Boissier has created a visually striking yet minimalist ambience, keeping bright colors and textures to a minimum so that guests' personalities can add to the spaces throughout the hotel. Interesting combinations of raw and polished materials were used throughout the hotel, sourced locally wherever possible. A variety of marbles in shades such as pink and beige, as well as darker stones such as gray and black, create a fascinating layered look.
