Advanced furniture Manufacturing Techniques
We focus on every step of the process, from cutting, framing, sewing fabrics, padding materials and packaging, all in accordance with the highest international requirements, to create the most quality furniture for you.
Cutting
We use precision cutting tools to cut wood, fabric, leather and other raw materials, increasing productivity and utilization of raw materials. These first machined parts are then subjected to a depth inspection to check for damage and defects, and to ensure that the parts are perfect.
Framing
Workers use efficient tools such as nail guns to fix the frames, and we require all frames to be made according to the drawings, allowing only a 2mm margin of error. Once the frames are finished, we will have specialized personnel to test the frames to keep them quiet and stable without making any noise when shaking them before proceeding to the next step of the production process.
Fabric sewing
After cutting the fabric needed for the furniture, we will sew these carefully selected fabrics together, all the workers are experienced practitioners for more than 10 years, in order to improve efficiency and guarantee the quality, we pass through the electric sewing machine, so as to increase the utilization rate of fabrics and production.
Filling
We offer many customized furniture fillings, foam cushions, latex cushions, down cushions, shaped foam cushions, memory foam cushions and more. The padding materials we also fill with pop-frames and serpentine mesh to ensure the seat is resilient and secure.
Upholstery
This is the last step in the production of furniture, covering our seats with a gorgeous dress, so that every piece of our sofas and furniture appears beautifully and elegantly in the hands of each customer. All color combinations and fabric materials are selected by our designers. The final result is to provide our customers with the most comfortable experience.
Packing
A total of three layers of protection to ensure that our products remain intact during transportation, the first layer we use non-woven fabric to wrap the furniture to prevent dust. The second layer we use cardboard to wrap the sofa soft place feet, the third layer need to use cotton felt bags, bubble bags and PP woven bags loaded, and finally in the packaging on the shipping mark!
