8 STEPS OF CUSTOM BUILT FURNITURE PRODUCTION
Step 1: After confirming the order we will set up a relevant project team to organize and categorize the product drawings for each list and solve all the problems in advance
Step 2:The project team shared the dimensions, materials, and process data of the furniture products in the product list to our factory production department to prepare for the next production step.
Step 3 : The production department identifies the materials needed according to the list and produces them according to the details on the drawings, with production date around 30 days.
Step 4: According to the drawing, let the machine cut out the material for the corresponding product, and put the material into the first step of preliminary processing.
Step 5: Handmade to make the frame of the product, structural process, with the instrument to test the product's pass rate.
Step 6: Painting requires 5 times coats, 3 times base coats and 2 times finish coats and air drying when finished.
Step 7: Upholstery process, installation of springs and bandages for sofas and fixing tests
Step 8：After the product is completed, we pack the product and label the package with relevant information.
