You can provide 2D or 3D effect examples to the client, and after communicating with the client, determine the final plan. After completion, you just need to send us the list of furniture products needed and communicate the requirements.

8 STEPS OF CUSTOM BUILT FURNITURE PRODUCTION
Step 1: After confirming the order, we will set up a project team to analyze every drawing of the furniture and solve the possible problems in advance.
Step 2: Our team of designers will check the relevant information about the furniture, such as size, scale, workmanship, etc., and make sure the drawings are ready for production.
Step 3 : According to the construction drawings and furniture specifications we will choose appropriate materials and produce .
Step 4: Production processes, punching holes, making furniture frames, making molds, etc.
Step 5: Handmade hardware production and polishing.
Step 6: painting. three times base painting and twice times finish painting.
Step 7: handmaking upholstery process.
Step 8：Packing of all products and QC checking of products before shipping .
